Go Ahead: Try It!

Stranger Things Happen, the 2001 debut of short-story writer Kelly Link is now available as a free download. It's not just a thank you to all those who have supported the book--and Small Beer Press, the indie house Link runs with her partner, Gavin Grant--it's also a unique way to celebrate the publication of her second collection, Magic for Beginners. I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing Kelly here towards the end of the month; she's expressed serious interest in doing an Author2Author, so we just have to get the ball rolling...In the meantime, do download her stories, or at least look at the HTML versions. If you like writers such as Aimee Bender and Judy Budnitz, you're going to love Kelly's work, I promise.
