Online Bookstores Never Get Like This

A guy named Thomas Hawk tried to buy a digital camera online from a store that then attempted to force him to purchase a bunch of additional accessories, then refused to ship the camera to him, claiming it was "out of stock," and then threatened to call his boss when he said he was going to write an article about how he'd been treated during this whole process.

So he blogged about the situation, lots of people picked up on it, and suddenly somebody claiming to be the CEO of the company calls him on the phone and says they're going to fire the employee in question. And people think they should be asking "Is Blogging Dead?" Ha!
